No, while we do book flights, they’re part of a complete travel package with accommodations, curated activities, and personalized local experiences. By focusing on full itineraries, we provide attentive, high-quality service to make your trip enjoyable and worry-free.

To expedite your inquiry, we recommend submitting a 'Custom Trip Request Form' on our website for trip-related matters. For general questions and comments, please contact us via email.
A $55 service fee applies, allowing us to dedicate focused time to customizing your itinerary. This includes three consultation calls and one comprehensive itinerary review, complete with preliminary research. Please note that fees are non-refundable, and missed calls without 24-hour notice will be counted as used. Additional calls beyond the included three are $50 each (if no deposit), and calls do not rollover to future trips. Calls are scheduled only after receipt of the planning fee.
While our current offerings focus on international destinations, our domestic planning services are no longer available to the general public. However, we’re pleased to accommodate these requests for our established clients.
We highly recommend travel insurance, though it’s not mandatory. Options are automatically included in your proposal for review.
Our payment and cancellation policies are set by each vendor, including hotels, airlines, cruises, and tour companies. You will be informed of their terms, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to review them. Our In-Destination Concierge cancellation policy is outlined in your contract and the relevant documentation.
The proposal timeframe varies by trip type. Short trips typically take 2 to 4 days, while a two-week itinerary may take up to a week. You will receive regular updates throughout the process. Highly specific requests, such as exclusive access or unique accommodations, may require additional time to secure.
While we don't fill out the applications directly, we provide detailed information on passport/visa requirements, necessary documents, and deadlines. We also assist with any issues that arise and connect you with the right resources.
We specialize in custom trips that begin at $8,500+ per person, excluding airfare to ensure your trip includes quality experiences and services. Airfare is reserved separately by us and is not included in this amount.
This threshold allows us to deliver the level of service, care, and attention our clients expect. We’re not able to accommodate budgets below this amount.
Clients are entitled to up to three quotes per item (flights, hotels, etc.). Any additional quotes beyond the third will incur a $25 fee per quote. This policy is firm, with no exceptions or refunds.
