No, while we do book flights, they’re included as part of a complete travel package with accommodations, curated activities, and personalized local experiences. Clients booking directly with the airline for air-only travel often allows for faster solutions if delays or schedule changes occur and gives you the option to use your loyalty points (miles), which agents don’t have access to.

Currently, we do not impose a service fee. However, for each trip, if no deposit has been made, a fee of $15 will apply for each subsequent call beyond the initial three complimentary calls. The initial consultation and trip proposal call are excluded from this fee structure. Please note that changing the trip destination does not restart the count of included calls.
Additionally, if an appointment is canceled without rescheduling within 24 hours, it will be considered a follow-up call, regardless of whether the call took place.
We highly recommend travel insurance, though it is not mandatory. If you choose to proceed with insurance, we will handle all the arrangements and present several options during the proposal discussion for your consideration.
Our payment and cancellation policy is determined by the specific requirements of the vendor, including hotels, airlines, cruise, tour companies, etc. You will be informed of each vendor's terms and conditions and it is the travelers responsibility to read and understand them.
The proposal timeframe varies by trip type. For short trips, it typically takes 2 to 4 days, while a two-week itinerary may take up to a week. You'll receive regular updates throughout the process.
Travel agents typically earn their revenue through commissions from travel suppliers like hotels, airlines, and tour operators. When you book a trip through an agent, we receive a percentage of the sale from those suppliers, which is often already included in the price you pay. Some wholesalers build this into the overall package cost, so whether you work directly with an agent or not, the pricing remains the same. This model is similar to professions like real estate agents, event planners, consultants, or financial advisors, where professionals earn commissions for facilitating transactions or charge service fees for their expertise. Additionally, some agents may charge service fees for their time spent organizing your trip, especially for more complex reservations. These fees can vary based on the details of the trip and the agency's policies.
While we don't fill out the applications directly, we provide detailed information on passport/visa requirements, necessary documents, and deadlines. We also assist with any issues that arise and connect you with the right resources.
