Involvement is kept minimal, with direction provided at the beginning to understand preferences, priorities, and how you like to travel. From there, details are developed and refined on your behalf, with only key decisions and approvals shared along the way so the process remains simple and unintrusive.
Support continues throughout the journey, ensuring details remain organized and adjustments can be made when needed so time away feels uninterrupted and easy to move through. Guidance and coordination are available during travel, allowing focus to remain on the experience rather than the logistics behind it.
Next Gate is best suited for travelers who value intentional planning, prefer having details managed with precision and discretion, and want their time away shaped with ease and clarity. Journeys are primarily international and often involve longer, more layered travel that creates space to move at a more considered, explorative pace. Requests often extend beyond the expected, and are approached with an understanding that travel can be deeply personal and highly specific.
The process begins with a simple inquiry to understand your direction, followed by a private consultation to refine preferences, timing, and priorities before any planning begins.
Journey inquiries are shared through the Custom Trip Request General questions may be sent by email, and consultations are arranged by appointment only.
Planning is primarily centered on international journeys, with select domestic destinations such as Hawaii and U.S. island territories included. Domestic requests may also be accommodated for established travelers.
Travel protection is strongly encouraged, options are included for review within the proposal.
Most itineraries are developed within 2–7 days, depending on complexity. More layered journeys may require additional time, with updates shared throughout.
Air is arranged only as part of a complete journey, where flights are connected with accommodations and supporting elements that create a cohesive itinerary.
Guidance is provided throughout the planning process for entry requirements, documentation, and timelines, along with support as questions arise.
Journeys begin at $8,500+ per traveler, excluding airfare, reflecting the level of planning, detail, and coordination involved. For groups of 8 or more guests, journeys begin at $4,500+ per person, excluding airfare. Airfare investment is arranged separately by our team.
Consultations are scheduled once the planning fee has been received. To respect reserved time, any changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session is considered used. Missed or unattended sessions are also counted as used. Additional consultations may be arranged as needed during the planning process and are billed at $50 per session when no deposit has been made. Unused consultation time does not roll over.
A $75 service fee includes three 30-minute consultation calls and one comprehensive itinerary review with preliminary research.
Adjustments and cancellations follow the policies set by each supplier, which are shared in advance of confirmation for clarity.
Travelers are entitled to up to three quote revisions per journey, including flights, accommodations, excursions, and related details. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur a $25 fee per request. This policy supports a focused and efficient planning process.
Due to the nature of travel pricing, rates may shift. Once a reservation is confirmed, it is secured based on the details in place at that time, unless a modification or cancellation is requested. Ongoing price monitoring after confirmation is not included within the planning process.
A curated itinerary is provided through a digital platform and PDF format for ease of access throughout travel, including offline use. It includes daily structure, accommodations, and key details, with updates shared as needed. In addition, access is provided to a traveler portal where upcoming deadlines and payments can be viewed and managed in one organized space.
