No, while we do book flights, they’re included as part of a complete travel package with accommodations, curated activities, and personalized local experiences. Clients booking directly with the airline for air-only travel often allows for faster solutions if delays or schedule changes occur and gives you the option to use your loyalty points (miles), which agents don’t have access to.
By focusing on full itineraries, we’re able to provide attentive, high-quality service that makes your trip as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.
The travel agent industry is thriving in 2025, with more travelers seeking tailored itineraries for complex, high-end trips. Having us as your dedicated travel agent means we handle everything for you. From securing top accommodations to planning exclusive activities.
We provide expert guidance and insider access that may not be easily available to the public, saving you time and delivering a smooth and efficient experience.
We’re here to support you and your clients every step of the way—before, during, and after the journey—ensuring a smooth trip without the hassle of planning.
To expedite your inquiry, we recommend submitting a 'Custom Trip Request Form' on our website for trip-related matters. For general questions and comments, please contact us via email.
Currently, we do not impose a service fee. However, for each trip, if no deposit has been made, a fee of $50 will apply for each subsequent call beyond the initial three complimentary calls. The initial consultation and trip proposal call are excluded from this fee structure. Please note that changing the trip destination does not restart the count of included calls.
Additionally, if an appointment is canceled without rescheduling within 24 hours, it will be considered a follow-up call, regardless of whether the call took place.
While our current offerings focus on international destinations, our domestic planning services are no longer available to the general public. However, we’re pleased to accommodate these requests for our established clients.
We highly recommend travel insurance, though it is not mandatory. If you choose to proceed with insurance, we will handle all the arrangements and present several options during the proposal discussion for your consideration.
Our payment and cancellation policy is determined by the specific requirements of the vendor, including hotels, airlines, cruise, tour companies, etc. You will be informed of each vendor's terms and conditions and it is the travelers responsibility to read and understand them.
The proposal timeframe varies by trip type. For short trips, it typically takes 2 to 4 days, while a two-week itinerary may take up to a week. You'll receive regular updates throughout the process.
Travel agents earn commissions from hotels, airlines, and tour operators, usually included in the trip price you pay. Whether you book through a travel agent or not, the pricing generally remains the same. This model is similar to other professionals who earn commissions or fees for their expertise.
While we don't fill out the applications directly, we provide detailed information on passport/visa requirements, necessary documents, and deadlines. We also assist with any issues that arise and connect you with the right resources.
We specialize in custom trips that begin at $3,000+ per person, excluding airfare to ensure your trip includes quality experiences and services. Airfare is reserved separately by us and is not included in this amount.
This threshold allows us to deliver the level of service, care, and attention our clients expect. We’re not able to accommodate budgets below this amount.
